Austin Nelson is a composer, songwriter, audio engineer and music producer, specializing in both song production of various styles as well as instrumental music for film and television. He is also a versatile performer, with training as a pianist, violinist, cellist, and singer.

Austin began playing the piano at the age of five, and started playing the violin two years later. In addition to the piano and violin, he began playing the cello a few years later, and gained experience as a performer in school orchestras, as well as county-wide auditioned orchestras and regional piano competitions.

Austin began writing music in his teens, and has been writing, arranging, and producing both original songs and instrumental compositions since. He graduated with a Bachelors degree in Commercial Music at Brigham Young University with emphases in audio engineering, post production, and media composition.
